If you are moving out of state or if you are  purchasing a home and would prefer to keep your costs down, I offer a "flat fee" option where you will pay an up front fee to market your home and then you will only have to pay the agent who brings a contract a 3% commission. Both of these options will save you a lot of money off the normal commissions when you use me as your buyers agent on your new home. My services as your buyers agent are always free as the seller must pay my commission.
